Cancellation, Refunds & Returns Policy
Cancellations/Refunds:
In Person Courses: All “In-Person” courses are strictly non-refundable due to certain learning materials being provided to you immediately via email. Further, there are very limited in-person spaces available for your chosen date, i.e Private 121 Tuition and Groups (with a maximum of 6 participants). However, we may offer a refund for the kit priced at £89.99 (if purchased), provided it complies with our Returns Policy (outlined below).
Please understand that as a business, we must cover our initial costs, including venue hire, trainers’ fees, and potential travel expenses for the day. The trainer has committed to a full day of training instead of her usual hair fitting duties, so it is important that she does not incur a financial loss.
In exceptional circumstances, if you are unable to attend the scheduled course date, we can offer you the next available date, provided we receive at least 14 working days’ notice. However, a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure your new slot.
Online Courses: All Online Courses are strictly non-refundable due to the learning material being available to you immediately. Once we have submitted our online learning material to you via email, we cannot issue a refund, However, we may allow a refund on the kit, as long as it falls within our Returns Policy (below).
Returns; You can return any unwanted items within 28 days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement or refund as long as the following criteria is met:
It’s been less than 28 days since you received your item
You haven’t damaged it
It’s in resalable condition e.g. tags still attached, the packaging is unopened, item has not been stained or marked
You have proof of purchase, such as your receipt, e-receipt, delivery note, or your order is on its way or ready to collect email
You have the card you paid with
